Luis Manuel Garcia is co-founder and CEO of Bixbee, a kid's backpack and accessory company with a "One Here. One There." social mission. For every backpack purchase, Bixbee donates a schoolbag with supplies to a child in need. Previously, Garcia was a product designer for luxury brands such as Ralph Lauren Fragrances, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and Sephora.
