Unfortunately, Cristiano admits, he was not prepared for what these responsibilities actually looked like.

Cristiano underscores how — if you feel you have a handle of 75 percent of the information — go out and start. You will, most likely, makes mistakes, but the intentional push to take action will benefit you in the long-run.
